Two new iconic developments: Montage to rise in Cebu, Altaire in Makati.

Good life and great style. Offering the city its newest iconic hubs, Innoland together with its equity partners Abiathar Corporation and MJ Landtrade Development Corporation, proudly launched its biggest projects to date–Montage in Cebu City and Altaire in Makati City.

Soon to rise along Archbishop Reyes Avenue in Cebu is Montage, a three-building project on 1.3 hectares of land. The mixed-use development will offer 40,000 square meters of grade A office space, 7,000 square meters of retail options, and either a residential or hospitality component.

One Montage, the first tower to rise with 28-storeys, is also expected to be the next favorite hangout place as it will soon cater to new retail brands in Cebu.

Altaire, on the other hand, is MJ Landtrade’s first iconic project in the heart of Makati City. Altaire, a 45-storey building, is a grade A green efficient building that is designed for office spaces and a stylish retail area.
