With the growing confidence Innoland brand has garnered from multinational investors over the past few years, Ohmori Development Corporation, carrying the Innoland brand, constructed a built-to-suit facility in Cebu Light Industrial Park (CLIP) in Lapu-Lapu City. It is a manufacturing and office building for Teradyne, a leading supplier of automation equipment for test and industrial applications. Teradyne demands only the highest quality structures to house their delicate work processes, and as their Asia expansion has brought them to Cebu, Ohmori has provided them with the finest building tailor fit to their ISO standards and specifications.
Teradyne’s building is a 3-storey with a gross floor area of 35,250 square meters. It was completed by the end of 2014.
